Компании Bingo Boom, Мигас, Мигторг, Uremont, Правовой эксперт, ДСК Групп все находятся в одном здании в общей группе компаний. Зарплата черная, платят МРОТ. Остальное выдают в конверте. Программисты говорят, что при увольнении расчет по белой части, с белым отпуском. В день увольнения видел как одного программиста вывела из здания служба безопасности и сказала, что насчет зарплаты пусть контактирует с руководителем. Узнавал потом у него, черную зарплату сказал не выдали. Бухгалтер которая выдает черную зарплату может оставить без денег до следующей выплаты, если придете за конвертом на следующий день. Был случай, что не выдала 32 рубля, и попросила поставить роспись что получил. Претензий к себе никаких не принимает. Корпоративов нет, на НГ небольшой фуршет на кухне, пицца, роллы, соки. Надо писать служебки если хотите отпроситься на 30 минут. За опоздания на работу или нехватку часов на рабочем месте пишутся объяснительные. Если нужно отпроситься на полдня по личных делам, просят написать за свой счет. При этом остальные программисты появляются на работе 2 дня в неделю, 3 дня работают на удаленке. Правила контроля времени распространяются видимо только на тех кто ездит в офис. Рабочую технику выдают старую. Мышки засаленные, клавиатуры со стертыми буквами. Мониторы с тусклой матрицей. Это закрепляется как материальные ценности, и просят поставить роспись, что если что то сломается, несешь за это материальную ответственность. При увольнении надо будет все сдать в таком же виде. На проекте Uremont 4 менеджера, обсуждают один и тот же проект, курят каждые 40 минут и назначают задания исполнителям. Есть девушка менеджер (по говору украинка), постоянно материться и принижает исполнителей. Если видит что программист бездельничает обязательно тыкнет об этом. И потом сама обсуждает политику на Украине с менеджерами. После 17 часов у нее время ТикТок, уходит с работы пораньше. Директор ИТ не знает где ключ от серверной и узнает у системного администратора как происходит закупка техники на офис. Впечатление что не занимается вопросами офиса, либо директор от слова передать задачу. Работает за маленьким Макбуком, неужели там помещается так много информации? Компания считает материальные ценности стоимостью выше 1 рубля, попросил системного администратора выдать пилот, потребовалась служебная записка — ФИО, в какой кабинет. Он объяснил что компания контролирует все перемещения пилотов, usb кабелей, мышек, клавиатур, флешек, не говоря о крупных материальных ценностей. Все что попросите купить в офис (включая расходные материалы и картриджи), хранится на складе и выдается только под учет, чтобы получить картридж для принтера надо сообщить в какой кабинет и за кем закрепить. Не разумно. Со слов кладовщика, учет работает только при выдаче расходных материалов. А что дальше сам не знает.
